All Scholarships Applications candidates must have good English. Knowledge of Italian is not required at the time of application, but we expect them to learn it during their stay in Italy.
All documents presented may be in Italian or English. Scholarships and financial support
There are two ways to enroll in the doctoral program: to get a scholarship or by paying a fee.
Scholarships are available for more than half of the doctoral program. Scholarships are awarded based on ranking of candidates based on the qualifying exam.

It is important to note that the doctoral program requires a mandatory meeting. Therefore, the candidate with the outside commitment of will find it very difficult to complete the doctoral program and get a Ph.D. degrees.
Please note that students (with or without a scholarship) to find further financial assistance in the form of research and teaching assistant. Usually, a doctoral candidate to participate in research activities the Department and can help teachers in teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level in particular subject areas.
